    One flat fee per school, per term. No charge per teacher or per user, so every member of staff can have an account.

    Terms

    • Every school starts with a one-month free trial with full access. When it ends, your records stay safe and you choose whether to subscribe.
    • Prices are in US dollars, per school, per term, and are billed at the start of each term.
    • Your size band is set by the number of active learners at the start of the term.
    • A once-off setup fee of $100 covers loading your data and a training day for your staff at your school. It's only charged if you subscribe after your trial, on your first invoice. For schools further away, travel costs are quoted upfront and agreed before we book the visit.
    • SMS messages, when they launch, are charged by usage.
    • Prices are subject to change. If they change, we tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you keep your current price until the end of the period you've paid for.
    • Your records stay safe if a subscription lapses, and come back as soon as you renew.
    • Colleges, groups of schools and custom work: talk to us for a quote.
